TERMS OF SERVICE

First, an important note:
I will not accept payment until after I have completed your commission.
To be transparent, I have diagnosed autism and am currently quite busy in college, and so sometimes I struggle with completing things. I want to make sure that you don't spend your money until I am guaranteed to have your drawing finished.I understand it can be frustrating to be excited for a commission and then have it canceled, obviously I'll do my best to prevent this from happening and I promise to keep constant communication at all times.

1. You may use this art for personal use or for a brand/monetized content, but you can't sell the drawing itself.2. While I don't require credit (though I would appreciate it), please don't claim the art as your own.3. Unless you explicitly ask otherwise, I may use your commission as an example/to advertise my services, or post the speedpaint to Youtube.4. I reserve the right to cancel your commission at any time. I don't offer refunds because you will be only be paying after already approving WIPs, and will receive the finished piece immediately after you pay.

Process:

1. Read my TOS please!! (And make sure commissions are OPEN!)2. Fill out the form below and send it to [email protected]3. I'll review your form to make sure it's something I can do, and reply to let you know I got it and how much it will be4. I will send you a sketch WIP within a week (if it will take longer I will let you know)5. Once you approve it, I'll work on the rest of the drawing! This should be done within two weeks (and again I will let you know if it will take longer)6. After I finish the drawing, I'll send you a PayPal invoice (we can work something else out if this doesn't work for you)7. Once you pay it, I'll send you the final drawing! Yippie!
